Employee Safety Workshops

Clean Energy requires new awareness, safety and training techniques to protect the public. There is a lot of misinformation in the public domain related to clean energy. We provide data-driven, up-to-date information on clean energy training and safety solutions from industry experts. Training to understand clean energy technology is critical for frontline workers to understand and to prevent injury or death. 

Our Safety Workshops will ensure your have employees have the knowledge to prevent and mitigate a clean energy incident.

CESAT Employee Safety Workshops help to:

• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for everyone in compliance with local, provincial, and federal standards.
• Promote a positive attitude towards health and safety.
• Advise on appropriate resources (ie: Personal protective equipment, LBIK kits, fire blankets etc.) to protect and support company health and safety efforts and policies.
• Train your employees on CESAT-approved safety products
• Evaluating your safety programs, procedures, and policies to make sure the workplace is safe.
• Provide training to ensure employees:
  • Know how to use and handle equipment properly.
  • Have knowledge on potential hazards and reporting to management ideas to help prevent exposure.
  • Refer and Update training resources 
• Management at all levels to maintain or surpass standards used in our industry through their actions.

Prior to a Safety Workshop, we encourage you to consider purchasing a CESAT Site Audit so we are familiar with your company and we can recommend the best quality safety equipment on-site. 

The cost of the Safety Workshop is on a per person basis. CESAT Safety Workshops require a minimum of 10 people.

A travel stipend may be required if a facilitator is not in your area. Workshops run for a maximum 3 hours and can be run in a classroom/conference facility. We will require AV equipment. Food and beverages are not included in the price.
